Solution Steps

1. Go to netflix.com and log in.
2. Click your profile → Account.
3. Under "Membership & Billing", click "Cancel Membership".
4. Or click "Finish Cancellation".
5. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period.
6. After cancellation, you can reactivate anytime within 10 months.
7. To permanently delete: Contact Netflix support after cancellation period.
