Solution Steps

1. Go to instagram.com in a web browser (cannot delete from mobile app).
2. Log in to your Instagram account.
3. Go to instagram.com/accounts/delete/request/
4. Select a reason for deleting your account.
5. Enter your password to confirm.
6. Click "Permanently delete my account".
7. Your account will be deleted after 30 days. You can cancel within this period.
