Solution Steps

1. Check volume is not muted: System tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac).
2. Check audio output device: Right-click volume icon → Select correct speaker/headphones.
3. Test with different speakers or headphones.
4. Update audio drivers: Device Manager → Sound, video and game controllers → Update driver.
5. Restart audio service: Services → Windows Audio → Restart (Windows).
6. Reset audio settings: Settings → Sound → Troubleshoot sound problems.
7. Check audio cable connections.
