Solution Steps

1. Force stop app: Settings → Apps → Select app → Force Stop.
2. Clear app cache: Settings → Apps → Select app → Storage → Clear Cache.
3. Clear app data: Settings → Apps → Select app → Storage → Clear Data (warning: removes app data).
4. Update the app: Play Store → My apps & games → Update.
5. Update Android OS: Settings → System → System update.
6. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
7. Restart phone if multiple apps are crashing.
