Solution Steps

1. Unplug router and modem for 30 seconds, then plug back in.
2. Check all cable connections are secure.
3. Check router lights: Power, Internet, and Wi-Fi indicators should be on.
4. Access router settings (usually 192.168.1.1) and check status.
5. Update router firmware: Router settings → Firmware update.
