Solution Steps

1. iPhone/Mac: Open AirPods case near device → Follow on-screen prompts.
2. For Windows: Put AirPods in pairing mode (hold button on case).
3. Windows: Settings → Bluetooth → Add device → Select AirPods.
4. Enter PIN if prompted (usually leave blank).
5. AirPods should connect automatically to Apple devices signed into same iCloud.
6. Check AirPods battery in Bluetooth settings.
7. Use AirPods controls to play/pause and adjust volume.
