Solution Steps

  1. Open Safari and click "Safari" in the menu bar.
  2. Select "Preferences" or press Cmd + Comma.
  3. Click "Advanced" tab and check "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
  4. Go to Safari menu → "Clear History" → Choose "All history" → Click "Clear History".
  5. Close Safari completely.
  6. Reopen Safari and go to Safari menu → "Preferences" → "Privacy".
  7. Click "Manage Website Data" → "Remove All" → "Remove Now".
