Solution Steps

1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac).
2. Select "All time" from time range.
3. Check "Cookies and other site data".
4. Uncheck other items if you only want to clear cookies.
5. Click "Clear data".
6. Cookies are now cleared. Some sites may require you to log in again.
